A: We provide the affordable service to customers who are moving to
load/unload your rent truck (uhaul, budget or penske) pods and containers!
Q: How do we quote?
A: We quote flat rates by the job.
Q: How do flat rates work?
A: We gather enough details about your move in order to establish a quote for
the entire job.... ;i.e: amount of bedroom furniture, appliances, box count, what
fl is apt on, single story home...etc
Q: Will the price change during or after the move?
A: NO.....That it is the concept of quoting flat rates, to give the customer the
assurance that their quote will NOT fluctuate.
Q: What else for my move will I need besides the rental truck?
A: Nothing. We come prepared with hand carts, furniture dollies, furniture
blankets, furniture straps and straps to secure the furniture for transport.
Q: What is the difference between Trinity Moving Services and traditional
movers?
A: First, we give customers flat rates for the entire job, traditional movers
charge hourly rates and the customer never knows what they are going to pay
until the move is complete. Yikes!!!Second, since we Do Not provide the moving
truck it allows us to always keep our prices affordable for the customers!
Q: If I want to book a move what do I need to do?
A: 1. Give us a call to check available dates;
2. After you decided on the date, we will need the address of where the move is
going to begin.
3. We will need a contact Ph#;
4. A deposit to reserve your move.
Q: How can I make a deposit without a paypal account?
A: You Do Not need a paypal account to make a deposit. We simply use paypal
to process payments and for the convenience and flexibility it offers our
customers
